Cosyn Cymru (Welsh Truckle) is an award-winning dairy in North Wales specialising in unpasteurised sheep\u2019s milk cheese and creamy yogurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To bring out the best qualities of the milk, all products are made by hand in small batches using natural ingredients, traditional methods, and plenty of patience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrie Rimes\u2019s award-winning artisan cheese is made in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has converted the old Catholic Church in Bethesda into a purpose-built creamery and shop. You can visit to see the cheese in production and, of course, taste the results. Other local produce is also sold in the shop \u2013 chutneys, coffee, fruit and veg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our cheese shop is also home to Wacky Wedge Goat’s Cheese<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
